Bio Med Sciences has over 30 years experience with casting various polymer formulations into membrane and sheeting products. We specialize in silicones but have experience with numerous other polymer systems.

Bio Med has successfully gained 510(k) approval on over a dozen medical devices. We offer engineering services for product and process design, prototype production, CE Mark & FDA compliant quality systems, clinical study design and, if appropriate, market assistance.
Our capabilities include continuous film/sheeting production at 18 inch (45 cm) web width with laser cutting for one-off or small volume prototypes or rotary die cutting for larger volumes.
