, a leading provider of scar management and advanced woundcare products, is celebrating its 15th year anniversary since the first implementation of the original Silon technology. This anniversary marks a decade and a half of experience in the ever-changing biotechnology industry. Our intimate knowledge and advanced understanding in this area, combined with long standing relationships among numerous physicians, hospitals, and top burn centers around the world, has enabled Bio Med Sciences to be a leader in this industry.
The Lehigh Valley has been a great place for BMS to establish itself with the finest innovators of scar management and advanced woundcare products. Through many state and local programs, BMS was able to gain the funds and recognition needed to succeed in an ever-challenging market. Bio Med Sciences has received the award for Product Innovation, presented by the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Other state programs, such as the Team PA Export Network, which is an integrated, coordinated, and customer focused group of export partners working with the Commonwealth of PA to offer continual export assistance, has recognized Bio Med’s mission to serve their customers throughout the world. BMS received this award in part of its success in developing business during an overseas Trade Mission to South America lead by Governor Tom Ridge. Today, Bio Med Sciences, Inc. continues to prosper in the Lehigh Valley and throughout the world, while focusing on product innovation and customer satisfaction.
