Bio Med Sciences has over 20 years experience with casting various polymer formulations into membrane and sheeting products. We specialize in silicones but have experience with numerous other polymer systems. We are ISO 13485 registered including design control systems. We are also an FDA registered manufacturing site for medical devices and for pharmaceutical processing of commercial products. Bio Med has successfully gained 510(k) approval on over a dozen medical devices. We offer engineering services for product and process design, prototype production, CE Mark & FDA compliant documentation and quality systems, clinical study design and, if appropriate, market assistance.
Our capabilities include continuous film/sheeting production at 18 inch (45 cm) web width with laser cutting for one-off or small volume prototypes or rotary die cutting for larger volumes.
